Booking & Collaboration Terms

Thank you for your interest in getting tattooed by me.

I work following a clear personal aesthetic vision: every tattoo is a collaboration based on trust, sensitivity and shared taste. To keep the experience organised, calm and professional, here is how it works, step by step.

  1. The request

    The first request is made by direct message on Instagram. In your first message, please include:

    • reference images, if you have any
    • a description of your idea
    • the approximate size in centimetres
    • the placement on the body
    • any detail that matters to you

  2. The consultation

    If the project calls for it, we can arrange a consultation at the studio to develop the idea further, define the design and weigh up every detail. It isn’t mandatory, but I recommend it for complex or large-scale work.

  3. The quote

    Once I’ve reviewed the project you’ll receive a price estimate, based on size, placement, level of detail and the time required. When the quote is accepted, we move on to booking.

  4. Booking & deposit

    The booking is confirmed by agreeing a date and paying a deposit of between €50 and €150, depending on the project. The deposit:

    • secures the appointment
    • is non-refundable in case of cancellation
    • is deducted from the total on the day of the appointment

    The remaining balance is paid in cash at the studio.

  5. Design & revisions

    Once the booking is confirmed I start work on the design. The project is sent to you a few days before the appointment, so there is time to look at it, ask for small adjustments and give final confirmation. Substantial changes may require a new price evaluation or a new date.

  6. Rescheduling & cancellation

    Rescheduling requires adequate notice. The appointment can be moved once while keeping the deposit valid. In case of any further postponement or cancellation, the deposit is forfeited.

  7. Punctuality

    Punctuality is required. Significant delays may result in losing the appointment and the deposit.

  8. How to prepare

    On the day of the tattoo it’s important to arrive well rested, having eaten, and to avoid alcohol or other substances in the 24 hours beforehand.

  9. Acceptance

    Payment of the deposit implies full acceptance of these terms.
